David joined Royal and Company in September 2014, having graduated from the University of Ontario Faculty of Law in May. He previously earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Ontario, specializing in Computing Science, and worked in the technology industry. His roots are in Toronto, where he was born and raised.

While in university, David developed an affinity for criminal law volunteering with Student Legal Services, where he assisted low-income individuals charged with offences. He has now committed himself fully to criminal defence work and is eager to take on any case.

David brings to the table exceptional analytical skills and a love for the intricacies of the law. Taking a client-centered approach, he provides clear, concise and practical advice that takes their priorities into account. He believes that everyone is entitled to fair and equal treatment in all aspects of the criminal justice system, and advocates strongly for his clients.

David passed the bar on October 16^th, 2015.
